Alex Martin Csiernik

Founder, Director & Head Coach

Alex founded the program in 2020. She has grown the program year by year in both numbers and success. In just 5 years, Alex has led the program to 4 Youth Summit Medals and 5 D2 Summit Medals. This includes NEON (Senior 4.2) winning D2 Summit in 2025 and a Bronze Globe at The Cheerleading Worlds in the program's first year of existence. Alex has also led the program to over 50 Grand National Titles. Alex coaches and oversees all teams. Alex cheered and coached at Indiana University winning college nationals as an athlete and a coach. She also coached at the high school level winning a state title. Alex holds a Masters in Educational Leadership.

Paige Maroska

Cheer Coach

Paige has coached at Radiance since the program opened in 2020. She has coached the program to 2 Youth Summit Medals and 4 D2 Summit Medals. This includes NEON (Senior 4.2) winning D2 Summit in 2025 and a Bronze Globe at The Cheerleading Worlds in the program's first year of existence. A former Louisville cheerleader, Paige has been an integral part of the development of the program.

Ashley Burelison

Cheer Coach & Tumbling Coordinator

Ashley is in her third season with Radiance All Stars and second year as Tumbling Coordinator. In 2025, Ashley coached Halo to the program's first silver medal at Youth Summit. Before coming to Radiance, she has coached at the collegiate and high school levels. As Tumbling Coordinator, the program has seen tremendous growth in the tumbling class offerings including levels 1-6.

Tasha Holler

Pro Shop

Tasha is in her first season with Radiance All Stars. Tasha comes to Radiance with 10 years of all star coaching experience. Tasha also runs the Radiance All Stars Pro Shop. Tasha leads our Novice program.

Erica Myers

Cheer Coach

Erica is in her second season with Radiance All Stars. Erica comes to Radiance with 10+ years of experience coaching including both all star and high school cheer. In her first season with Radiance, Erica led Twilight to multiple national titles as well as a Bronze Medal at Youth Summit. She also helped lead Sunrise to a Jamfest Super National title, the first in program history.

Lindsey Weddle

Cheer Coach

Lindsey is in her first season with Radiance All Stars. She recently graduated from Indiana University where she was a member of IU All Girl. Lindsey was an athlete in the program during the first season where she finished with a Bronze Globe at The Cheerleading Worlds.

Payton Hale

Cheer Coach

Payton is in her fifth season with Radiance All Stars. During her tenure, she has coached her teams to a Youth Summit medal and a D2 Summit medal. Payton has also coached multiple teams to undefeated seasons. Payton was an athlete in the program during the first season where she finished with a Bronze Globe at The Cheerleading Worlds.

Cheer Coach

Caylie is in her second season with Radiance All Stars. Caylie comes to Radiance with six years of coaching experience in the all star industry. Last season, she led Glow to multiple national titles, a Jamfest Super Nationals title, and Glow's first ever Paid Bid to Youth Summit.

Courtney is in her fourth year as a tumbling instructor for Radiance All Stars. Courtney coaches tumbling classes as well as individual lessons.

Ricci Bradley-Murray

Tumbling Instructor

Ricci is in her first year with Radiance All Stars. Ricci, a former IU cheerleader, has previously coached at Indiana University. She also created and coaches a school cheer club in the Fishers area.

Alex has been affiliated with the program since the beginning. As the program has grown, he has taken a larger role in the day-to-day operations within Radiance All Stars. He provides athletic training services to the athletes, holding a Masters in Athletic Training. Finally, most importantly to any routine, plays the music.

Zoey is in her second year of coaching in the program and her sixth year as an athlete. Zoey has previously coached our half year program, Eclipse. Zoey has been a part of 4 D2 Summit medalist teams including the program's first ever D2 Summit Champion.
